Since its onset, EUTECA has closely followed legislative developments affecting Caramel Colour at the EU level and in other international bodies such as the Codex Alimentarius.
Moreover, EUTECA provides a forum for its members to discuss and exchange information about technical and scientific matters of common interest which affect or might affect the production or use of Caramel Colour.
EUTECA is a member of EU Specialty Food Ingredients and maintains a liaison with other trade associations such as the International Technical Caramel Association (ITCA) and FoodDrinkEurope.

That means the production of dissolved sucrose, invert sugar syrup and mixed syrup.In 1985, the production of burnt sugar and caramel color went into operation. The dissolved sucrose, the invert sugar syrup and the burnt sugar are available in organic quality. 20 employees work throughout the year.
